Will Czuch + CATT18 Jun
About Will Czuch
WILL CZUCH, a Berlin based singer songwriter with the writing and singing chops of Bon Iver, Ed Sheeran and Justin Timberlake.
In his still young career as a solo artist he won several singing/band competitions such as the "ENERGY Newcomer contest 2016“ and the „EUROPOP contest Berliner Perle 2017“.
CATT grew up in a North German three-house-village mainly surrounded by woods and classical music before she moved to Berlin.
After she’d played and composed for several artists, the multi-instrumentalist now released her debut single “Moon“ which moves somewhere between Pop and Indiefolk. It’s a strong first signal of her colorful piano-playing and her voice floating above warm vocal arrangements.
Arkansas Dave + White Night19 Jun

"Whiskey Drinking, soul searching, southern smoke & velvet… Deep south Americana"
It’s a romantic cliché to find an escape in music and the blues, but living that life is a different matter. Ask Arkansas Dave about growing up in a broken home, with fundamental Christianity on one side, and crippling drug-addiction on the other, and you can see in his eyes that this is no easy ride, and that at times music really was his only friend.
Chasing his dream of music, Dave played in bands, funding his music with a succession of jobs where he had to find his feet quickly – from busboy to assembly-worker in a trash-bag factory.
His wake up call came at the edge of a breakdown with a cataclysmic weekend epiphany. He headed home for a rare visit, and was persuaded to play a few songs to his family. The response he got from his grandfather sent his mind racing, only for him to find out the next week that his grandfather had died 24 hours later.
Determined to clean himself up, and sort his life, Arkansas Dave enrolled on an audio engineering course at Media Tech in Austin Texas, driving into town with a trailer loaded with all his possessions, ‘like something out of the Beverly Hillbillies’. And that’s where everything changed – the college was housed at that time in the famous Arlyn Studios, home to sessions from Willie Nelson, Neil Young and Ray Charles. Dave with his musical co-horts took the night shift at the studios – laying down tracks and learning the ropes.
A succession of bands followed, picking up a strong local following around Austin. The final part of his musical education saw Dave touring North America as a member of old bluesman Guitar Shorty’s band, where he learned ‘what it took to be a professional musician’
Fast forward to 2016 and Dave has written the album he’s always wanted to create – a wide ranging blues-rock based record that tells the story of his life, but resonates with all of us.
The project just needed one more ingredient, so enter the Swampers, the legendary Muscle Shoals Rhythm Section. In a blistering eight-day recording session at Fame Studios the band laid down the backing tracks, and Dave returned to Arlyn to complete the vocals.
So the next chapter of Dave’s life is about to be written as he pulls his band together and takes his album out on the road – this time on a road that he’s building….

Art Exhibition all day from 11:00
Art Exhibition all day from 11:00
Art Exhibition all day from 11:00

Hier unser Programmtext:
Was ist das Echte? Was für 'ne Frage?
Tanzbein Ahoi!

Live at Prachtwerk :: 22;80 + Poor Saint Lazarus29 Jun
Entry: 5€ (at the door)
22;80 are a Berlin band of over three years, consisting of two German actors (from Augsburg and Hamburg) and a front woman from Manchester. The band came together after KI JEAL proclaimed her joy for correctly cashing the band in German at a local bar in Kreuzberg (22,80EUR), saying she would write a song about this, it came out that the band were looking for a singer and they have been writing and playing together since.
Bringing her indie/alternative experience from the Manchester music scene to Berlin Ki's vocals are reminiscent of Siouxsie Sioux carrying self composed lyrics of friends lost to prison and other articulated tales. Backed by Wolf on the drums and Jürgen on guitar the sound transcends through genres evocative of The Cure and Echo and the Bunnymen.
Previous gigs at BLO Ateliers and Forum Kreuzbergs summer festival. Follow them on Instagram!
About Poor Saint Lazarus
“In late 2016, shortly after their first encounter in West Berlin, Nikita Noebel (lead guitar & arrangement) and Maurice Alexander Stegen (vocals & rhythm guitar) created Poor Saint Lazarus.
Both notorious figures of the metropolitan nightlife, their sound explores themes of decadence, love & despair with their musical influences ranging from Bob Dylan to Devendra Banhart. The interplay between Noebel's craze for playing archaic chords on antique guitars and Stegen's sung poetry (written down frantically on his grandfather's typewriter), seems to be the essence of this musical endeavour. Stegen's untrained baritone voice is reminiscent of Johnny Cash as well as Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds.
Jenner Fox30 Jun
“I think the world of his songs. He’s not just good for on a river, he’s DAMN good” -Mike Posner
“Jenner combines the lyricism of Joni Mitchel and the commentary of Neil Young to represent the next generation of singer songwriters.” - Grammy nominated producer, Cookie Marenco
“Fox’s artful craft—his transitions, from song to song, place to place, thought to thought—do something only the brave ones do: let us in. It’s a joy to pause with him, to listen from the passenger seat, and hear the life whizzing by.” - Madeline Duff (Author at DC Metro Theatre Arts)
Jenner is a singer and songwriter on the river and the road. His musical delivery ranges from a soft mandolin melody to full blown passion at its peak, with words that will make you laugh and cry, and songs you'll want to take home. For nearly a decade, Jenner has spent part of his time writing, touring, and recording, and the other part playing his music while working as a river guide in the US, Canada, and Chilean Patagonia. He draws his influence from river canyons, urban communities, John Prine, Josh Ritter, and the people, roads, and stories in between. Jenner tours with Hans Bilger on upright bass and Shawn Barry on keyboards, percussion, and guitar.

Meet and Greet with Kate Voegele & Tyler Hilton
*This will take place an hour before doors open.
Hailing from a little suburb of Cleveland, Ohio, Kate Voegele first picked up a guitar at age 15. Influenced by the rock and roll history of the city and her father’s songwriting, she began to pen her own songs from the minute she learned to play her first three chords. Voegele embraced this newfound passion, recording her first EP during her freshman year of high school, and soon after landed gigs alongside artists like Counting Crows and John Mayer. Those shows quickly led to attention from labels in New York and LA, and Kate spent the majority of her high school years diving headfirst into a career in music.
After high school, Voegele decided to attend Ohio’s Miami University, where she quickly found new inspiration, and simultaneously found herself uploading song after song to her MySpace page. Kate managed to get the attention of
the social network's founder, Tom Anderson, and just a few weeks later, she became MySpace Records’ first signed artist. In spring of 2007 Voegele finished recording her first full-length record with Marshall Altman in LA and decided to swap her text books in for a tour bus and a year full of shows throughout the US.
Over the next couple of years Voegele toured the country playing hundreds of shows. While traveling through LA, Kate auditioned on a whim and would eventually land the role of Mia Catalano on the CW show, “One Tree Hill.” What was supposed to be a two-episode run became a four-season recurrence, and Kate found herself performing eleven of her original songs to
millions of viewers over the course of the show. Record sales jumped dramatically after Voegele’s first appearance on the show, and she was subsequently upstreamed to Interscope Records in January of 2008.
At this point Kate toured internationally with artists like Natasha Bedingfield and Jordin Sparks. She split her time between the road and the television set, and released a second full-length, “A Fine Mess,” in spring of 2009.
After her first two records sold over 500,000 units, Voegele signed with ATO Records in 2011, releasing "Gravity Happens.” She spent the next two years continuing to tour the US and Europe, writing new songs from airplane window seats and ultimately embarking on a new chapter in her life.
In fall of 2013, Voegele moved her home base from LA to Nashville, getting back to her songwriter roots. Being in Music City has given Kate the opportunity to work with writers like Nathan Chapman and Liz Rose, and openup opportunities to work with the country’s best creative talents. In November ’14 Voegele released the “Wild Card” EP, which debuted in the top 10 on the top pop albums chart on iTunes, and received an average of a 5-star review across all major online distribution outlets.
Kate released her fifth full-length record, “Live In London”, in the fall of 2015. “Live In London” was a released as a thank you to her fans, and included Kate’s cover of “Hallelujah”, as well as “When The Stars Go Blue”, sung as a duet with Tyler Hilton.
Kate’s latest album, “Canyonlands”, was released in the fall of 2016.
Tyler Hilton was singing and playing in coffee houses as a 15 year old, when a chance encounter with Los Angeles radio personalities Mark and Brian from KLOS led to multiple appearances on their radio show, live concert dates with
the duo, and national exposure. He released his first album independently shortly thereafter, which led to major label interest and eventually signing to Maverick/ Warner Records where he released "The Tracks of Tyler Hilton" which garnered two singles on the Billboard Top 40 charts. While on tour
promoting the album, Tyler was cast as his child hood hero Elvis Presley in "Walk the Line" where he worked with T-Bone Burnett on the soundtrack, and for which he received a gold record.
An opportunity to sing on TV's "One Tree Hill,” a notorious breeding ground for new musical talent, led to a series long run, several appearances on MTV's "TRL" with the cast, and a national tour with Gavin DeGraw and Michelle Branch who also sang on the show. Taylor Swift admitted to being a fan, and
asked Tyler to star in her music video "Tear Drops on My Guitar" which became a huge crossover hit. The two appeared together live several times and later Tyler appeared via interactive video on her stadium tour. The independent comedy "Charlie Bartlett" followed with Robert Downey Jr. and Anton Yelchin and where Tyler met his wife, Megan Park, who was also in the film.
Tyler moved to Nashville where he began exploring his family's country roots and made several records with notable producers including Dan Huff, Nathan Chapman, Matt Serletic, and John Alagia. Sadly, non of these records saw the light of day, as staff and roster upheaval plagued Warner Brother Records, and eventually led to Tyler's departure from the label. One of these unreleased songs made their way to Joe Cocker, who recorded it on his final album. Tyler then started his own label, Hooptie Tune Records, and released "Forget the Storm" the following year. It became the first record of Tyler's to gain international success and led to several European tours and a new fervent fan base. His follow up, the mellow folky country album “Indian Summer,” was recorded live in studio with a bluegrass band including his uncle, Tommy Hilton, on guitar. While recording, Tyler landed a role in Halle Berry's "Extant" on CBS and continued to film the show over the course of its two season run, touring and filming the holiday movie “Christmas on the Bayou” with Randy Travis, Ed Asner, and “One Tree Hill” alum, Hilarie Burton, for which he also recorded the single “One Foot in the Bayou”.
Following the end of “Extant,” Tyler worked on a pilot for the ABC sitcom, "The Fluffy Shop" alongside Gabriel Iglesias. Tyler is currently based in Los Angeles, where he’s working on a new album
